Who are we?

Who am I?
I am John Snow, a fully accredited RTPI planning professional.
I founded Tetrick Planning in 2020 following nearly two decades in Local Authority and Private Sector Planning.
My career started working for a Local Authority before progressing into the private sector where I gained a detailed knowledge of larger and more complex planning schemes including minerals, waste and land management.
I subsequently gained extensive experience with major household brand Companies advising on complex and contentious schemes across London and the South East including retail, mixed use schemes and housing.
My skill and expertise lies in understanding the detail of the planning situation together with devising an overall development strategy in order to seek to provide practical solutions that you can act upon.
I pride myself on my honest, approachable and direct manner and my ability to work proactively with many other professionals in the planning industry to achieve positive results and value for our clients.
I manage a growing team of consultants focussed on providing quality solutions whether you are a developer, landowner or architect.
Why do I do what I do?
Town Planning is becoming ever increasingly complex and more challenging.
Having spent my career working in all manner of planning sectors from minerals and waste to hospitality and residential my belief is simple - results come from two things 1) a clear and methodical understanding of the current planning rules and regulations and how to apply them and 2) working closely with other professionals to get the right results.
My passion is providing quality concise advice that clients can act upon to get results.
